Really good, but too sweet for me. Be careful if your sensitive to fruit sugar. Otherwise its a very good pick u up.

Personally, I have found this to be the only thing that brings me back to life literally. I have tried pills and other liquid irons, as well ad b12 pills, patches and even injections. However this is so easy for my system to absorb and it gives a lot of energy. I suffer with various muscle and joint pains, back pain, extremely low energy, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath, fatigue, brain fog, low immunity and prone to colds and infections. The minute I take this, it energizes me. Nothing else works as much. It's like having a glimpse of my life before the crash of hitting my forties. It doesn't hurt my stomach. I have a very sensitive stomach. I'm blaming myself for stopping it and trying different things. I have low hematocrite and borderline b12 and iron, but with prevelang symptoms. At one point, internal vibrations, weak legs and too tired to do anything, even having tl take a break after doing the laundry, etc. Now, I'm on my feet again and on my chores. I know I feel well when I fancy cooking something and my creative flow for work is back! It's dibilitating when you lack essential nutrients. This is my personal story. Grwat size bottle...and tastes the same ...but...has the recipe changed? I always remember it being a syrup consistency...its very watery 🤔
