At the beginning I thought I will need to go for a refund because there were no traking updates but it came and in perfect conditions. Just awesome 👌🏼... great gift for someone who loves The Wizard of Oz. Is a delicate piece of art. Requires delicate treatment but works great.

So the mug is great. As you heard me say it’s beautiful. The mug is a decent size, it’s not too big. It can hold heat for a good amount of time, but I drink my tea within 30 minutes so for those that take longer you have to see for yourself. So far it doesn’t leak but I haven’t let it sit on its side to see if it leaks over time. I just know it doesn’t leak when I’m sipping from it. Update: it is not I repeat IS NOT!!!! Leak proof. The slightest tip of the cup if you're not drinking from it, it will leak through very easy.

This mug is so pretty. The colors are beautiful. It is a lot more sturdy than i expected. The handle is wide so people with bigger hands could hold it easily. I like the lid because there are 2 different size slots to drink from.

Mug is super cute. Did not come broken or anything. Does not keep thing hot very long but I do microwave it and it get warm again.

It is great, just what I wanted, my favourite cartoon characters to carry around, with my favourite drink, a nice cup of tea. Added bonus of keeping it warm with the lid on and you are safe from spilling any and hurting yourself and others. Price was also reasonable. Great and fun product. Thanks
