I don't recommend at all very poor not even cool for 2 hours and doesn't charge from car and airplane . waste of money

I received one and the fan would stop working. A replacement was at my door the very next morning. It works great

I'm giving this a five-star review even though I had to return it.Beware, it does not fit U-500 insulin vials. It looks like it will fit three insulin pens, just not the insulin vials. Other types of insulin vials might fit. It has about an inch of depth. But, the U-500 vials require 1-1/3 inches of depth. The top door will not close with a U-500 vial inside.Otherwise, I was impressed with this insulin refrigerator. It cooled down very rapidly, was quiet, and maintained the temperature. I have a data logging thermometer and was able to confirm the temperature reading as accurate.

Great little travel cooler for medicine. Works well, however as others have mentioned, only the bottom gets cold. To solve for this, I simply put a blanket of aluminum foil over the medicine and it works great.

Very easy to use. Keeps medicines cool during high temperature days. Works well.
