Great piece of kit for a decent price. Yeah it's Chinese made but it's still great quality. Tons of room with reliable/high-end stitching and materials. Bought this for my IFAK for my car trunk. It isn't going to fall apart, zippers run clean. Holding it in your hands you can tell it was made well.

Just the right size to hold all my medical supplies. Uses Velcro and a quick release strap. Undo the strap and pull on it and you're ready to go. It's very well built so should last.

You can really stuff this thing, the zippers are really strong! Slap it in/on a ruck, keep it in your vehicle, or wherever you need access. It has plenty of room and plenty of elastic bands to hold stuff. You can fit even more on the sides while closing it if you don't care if it's strapped down or not. For the price, it’s a solid go bag or emergency kit for more casual users, campers, hunters, etc.The main drawback is the organization for small items. There is one main zippered area that’s ideal for smaller stuff, and then the rest of the pack is better suited for larger items, like gauze or bandaging or items like Neosporin, etc.For loose Band-Aids and related stuff, you’ll likely want to buy smaller bags/pouches to help organize the contents so you can see and access them quickly. Otherwise, it would be quite clumsy and loose.It seems fairly tough, it’s a good size and stows nicely. It’d make a decent first aid kit retrofitted into an already existing system — especially for people who don’t want to pay a ton for a kit.If you have the money, though, go check out My Medic. That’s “First-Aid goals.”The Verdict:If you want a bag that’s really dialed and has all the features, this isn’t it.It’s more basic but does have a decent amount of organization — but be mindful of how to store and access material.

Really liked this bag. Looks great,sturdy, zipper works easily and the versatility is awesome. Plenty of pockets and spots for whatever you wish to put in it. Great item for the price. Straps make it easy to place where you want and need.

This pouch is fully compatible with any MOLLE setup, is water resistant, excellent zippers, pull tabs, and can be mounted ANYWHERE on your loadout or vehicle. The velcro is also very strong and should last you a lifetime.I needed to upgrade my old FAK as I was adding a few more pieces to it. This one is able to hold all my bandages, meds, an o2 sat monitor, BP cuff, tourniquets, trauma shears, flashlight, headlamp, etc, etc.Super convenient and easy to keep anywhere when you need it. I also love the fact that it's so durable and well made. You won't regret upgrading your first aid kit with this bag.

I work in industrial EMs and I got this bag for my jump bag at work. I decided that it would be nice to keep my major bleeding control supplies separate from the rest of my kit. It also got tiring having to try and explain to someone what I needed them to hand me. Now, if I have a major injury that requires bleeding control, all I have to do is ask the other person to give me the red bag and it saves on confusion. Now, people understand that if I'm asking for "the red bag," things just got real.It's pretty sturdy. It can hold quite a bit of stuff. Keep in mind that this is still a fairly small bag though and won't fit ALL of your major supplies. This will still hold enough to tide you over until you can get help though.

The bag is well built for the money. Only gripe is that the securing strap for the head rest post is sewed on backwards. Non issue though. It has plenty of room, it fits two staged CAT-T’s, chest seals, NPA, decomp needle, z fold gauze, shears, quick clot, etc. still have enough room for more. Don’t sleep on this one!
