Great for entertaining... Set of 4 agate coasters. These Brazilian agate geode slices have been dyed and polished to show the beautiful inclusions and unique banding. With clear rubber "feet" on bottom to protect surfaces and prevent slippage. The agates from Brazil are mostly mined from decomposed volcanic ash and basalt from the late Permian age (248-275 million years ago). In Rio Grande do Sul the "agate mines" are normally just plowed fields in which loose agates are found and collected. Approximate size: 3.5" to 4". Due to the raw nature of this product, no two coasters are alike, colors, sizes and shapes will vary which add to the unique beauty of this product.

Really pretty. They have little rubbery/plastic things on the bottom of them so they don't rub against the table surface or each other. They do tend to get a little dirty and don't clean up to look perfect again, but i guess that's with all natural stone.
