Taste is pretty good once your kid gets used to it.

He was getting tired of the grape, so we decided to switch it up and go with the watermelon. And for some reason, the grape works better than the watermelon. And it turns out that the watermelon flavor was not the one for him. The vitamin itself, with the minerals and nutrients is great, we've seen growth results in a couple of months. But is that because he's 8 and going through a spurt? I don't know. They could be helping with that. But just the taste and texture of the watermelon are giving him a hard time. So I tried it. It's not the best flavor, watermelon. If you're expecting that watermelon flavor of jolly rancher, you're not getting that candy flavor. The vitamin itself is a good size, a cute little perfectly formed bear, a great visual for kids. It's a little chalky or gritty in a gummy form, leaves that vitamin texture or substance in the roof of your mouth after chewing it. For the kiddos, I would suggest eating or drinking something right after taking it if they don't like that vitamin feeling. As a positive, it's an option that's not a candy vitamin and he's getting the extra nutrients that's helping him grow.

The vitamins does the job, and I didnt know how useful certain herbs were in this product. I've never tried the ashwagandha but it is an interesting addition. It's a herb the control stress levels. Its a really big difference. I never thought of trying it till I noticed it was in this package. The vitamins feel as if they work instantly. The taste is fruity and the texture is very enjoyable bexause although it has a little stick to it , its easy to eat it all up as it doesnt stick too hard. I use it like a little backup if I wanna feel less stressed. Not bad!

This product definitely works. Every time I take my son to the doctor I record his hight and weight. Btwn 2024 and 2025 he only grew 1 inch. He has been on this product for the past 9months and has grown 3 inches in the past year. The only problem is that aschawaganda causes liver injury and your child liver enzymes ( AST/ALT ) will be elevated. So be careful how long you keep them on it. But it works. I will continue giving to him just not every day maybe 2 or 3 times a week. He is short for his age and needs some catching up. Hope that helps a mom out there.
