I use my Instant Pot daily to make delicious Vegan meals. I have three of them. But their included rack is weak and of poor design. This product works excellently in my Instant Pots and is designed right. I bought 3 heights and sizes. cYes they cost a little more than you might think they should, but I decided since my vegan diet has given me so many health benefits, I might as well spend the money and get it over with. It is a fine product done right.

This is a sturdy steamer rack and truly made from grade SUS 304 stainless steel . I used it 2-3 times daily in my rice cooker/steamer for 2 years and there is no rusting spot. It is also a good fit for Instant Pot. I really like it and purchased two more last year. Highly recommend.

The rack itself is fine, especially the spacing of the wires which are narrow enough to not let things fall through. My problem is that it doesn't work well with a 6qt Instant Pot for two reasons. First, the legs splay out too wide to fit easily. Second, even when I was able to get it in, the rack sits way too high in the pot, leaving too little room to pile the food. I sort of solved the two problems by bending the legs in enough to sit lower in the pot, but it makes it want to tip more easily. The round part is perfect - I just wish the legs were a bit narrower and a lot shorter.

I have been using this for well over two months on a regular basis. It's perfect trivet for holding a dish in a larger pot while steaming. It has not shown any signs of rust, unlike some of the other tray items that I have tried for steaming. The pictures are not accurate because it arrived with a tag on the rings that says 304 Stainless Steel. Even though the pictures don't show exactly what you will get, it's well made and serves it's purpose.

The item I recieved has a stupid metal tag that says "SUS 304" which is different from the picture but is found on other similar advertised products from other sellers. This useless welded on tag is one more spot to clean and has no useful importance. I specifically chose this one to avoid the metal tag. The price is extremely high considering this is just made of wire in the cheapest way possible. This costs about $15 and would be over priced at $5.

I have a large pot for cooking things like pasta, stew, and chili. I have food I like to steam, but I don't have a dedicated steamer. This allows me to use my big pot for steaming, takes up very little space, is tall enough to put a lot of water underneath so that it doesn't run out. Easy to clean, well made.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I use it in the bottom of my rice cooker to steam potatoes. Works perfectly.
