Fits my growing belly during pregnancy and I'm excited to wear it with my little one soon!
It's fairly warm in 30-40 degree weather. I'll layer with another jacket for anything colder than that. This will certainly fit my baby in a carrier under it. I am 250 pounds now at 7.5 months pregnant. The XXL is a bit large, so I maybe could have gone with an XL. I like having the extra room though to grow with me and my baby!

Love it
There is plenty of room inside this coat, runs on the larger side. You do need your own carrier under this coat it's not built in. Made of heavier material and is warm in cold weather, if worn with sweater it can be worn in temps close to 32f. Baby can be worn front or back . Zipper is heavy duty and should last. Washes well is standard washer. Has big pockets for storage. Unlike other similar coats this one cannot be converted into a standard coat (without baby). Highly recommend!!

Does the job, but just ok.
This is a good way to solve the problem of not getting cold while wearing your baby in a carrier. It's basically a hoodie with tailored for mom and baby, therefore, it's best during mildly cold days--mid to low 40s, possibly mid to high 30s. My only and main critique would be that it is hard to zip this thing up with baby inside because of the placement of the zipper. The zipper is located on the side so with baby on and stretching the material it's no easy feat. Even with the string to help you zip up, I found I needed help to get this thing closed without risking breaking the zipper. It probably would have been a little easier if I got the larger size. (I purchased the XL based on the recommendation from the company to choose the size I would for a t-shirt.) When it is on, it does do it's job but is certainly not meant for anything in the 30s or below, or basically whatever you can tolerate with a hoodie and an additional heating source attached to you.

Highly recommend this coat! Great for fall and spring or possibly winter with another layer underneath.
We love this coat. No struggling baby into jackets and sweaters, just into the carrier and snuggled into the coat. It is below 40 here today and I had a thin sweater under it and she and I were both just fine. Probably if it dips below 30 we'll need another layer under, but with a little hat on she snuggled up and fell asleep. You may need a scarf in cooler weather because the skin around your collarbone is exposed but it's an easy thing to cover with a nursing scarf or other light scarf between you and baby.I've gotten compliments from a couple of moms who asked where they could get it, and in the medium both myself and my husband can comfortably wear our baby. I'm 5'7", average build and he's 5'10" on the skinny side.

Great for running around in.
Was well made and warm. Unfortunately, my daughter in law did not find it convenient to get baby in and zip up. Has one year old and expecting. The one year old felt too confined. I am not sure she gave it a fair try - seems like a great jacket.

Love this coat - and baby does, too!
I get asked all the time about my Roo Coat. I absolutely love it! It's super warm and since baby doesn't need a jacket under it my get-out-of-the-house time has been cut down significantly.Love the deep pockets and length of the coat. The fabric is soft and the cost is easy to put on. The long zip tie is brilliant!I do wish the adult hood was deeper so it would go over a light weight hat or hair in a ponytail. Also, the baby hood is only useful when baby is sleeping, otherwise it falls off or gets in her eyes when she moves her head around.

Works great, warm and comfy.
It works great and comfy. I'm in N.Y. during winter and it keeps us warm going from the van to the store. I like that it zips so it's easy to get on and off. Wish the baby hoodie could be used for facing out and the zipper started at the top so it was easier to zip together at first. The size was perfect till it got to the boob area so maybe more slack there which I'm sure will be better once I stop breastfeeding.

Love this jacket!
We took the RooCoat on our recent trip to Kyoto, Japan. We arrived to snowfall and I was worried about keeping my two year old warm because one of our activities involved hiking the 1,000 Torii Gates of Fushimi Inari, which was definitely NOT stroller friendly. Without question, the jacket was warm enough for both of us! He was totally covered and shielded from the cold, while momma was able to hike to the top! On the way down, I made my husband wear him, and I wore the RooCoat as a regular jacket - it's so comfortable! I can't believe I wore him for two years with blankets and extra layers! I wish I had ordered this sooner!
