FELIWAY MultiCat Starter Kit for Cats (Diffuser and 48 ml vial)

I live in a large house with several roommates, one of whom has a cat. I have a cat. I thought (hoped) they would become friends. I was very, very wrong. For the last 6 months I've lived here, there have been daily catfights, yowling, hissing, and chasing. It's been really stressful because I care about both of these kitties and I had such hopes that their cohabitation would be beneficial and sweet. My fellow cat-owner housemate mentioned the pheromone plug-in idea and this was the brand that seemed to have the best results based on the reviews I've read across all of their listed products. I decided 15 bucks was worth taking a chance on, so I got this starter kit and plugged it into the outlet in the space where they tend to interact the most (the upstairs landing which is a large open area that looks down on the stairs and hallway below. I figured the pheromones would more easily emanate down to the bottom floor from there and cover more ground). So far I've had it plugged in for about 2 weeks and there hadn't been a single brawl in all that time (at least none that I or my housemate have witnessed). Additionally, my housemate has noticed that her kitty has become especially affectionate, even more than she already was. All in all, this has been a really great purchase and it's made all of our lives that much less stressful! Plus our kitties are no longer scratched up from their animosity. I'll definitely be buying refills and probably at least one more wall plug so I can have more of our shared spaces covered.

No Refund of returned item till now .The item was defective. Return request was approved. Item was picked up for Return on 03 April 2025. But till now no refund is received.

The product arrived today but even before getting a chance to use it I can't because it has a US Type A power plug.

We have four male and six female cats. Theoretically, the system should work; we would have needed a substantial number of pheromone dispensers to work in our case. One unit probably would work with a lesser number of cats
