How tall is the PC Tower enclosure? I need 19" for my pc.

It is fairly large, I purchased this for my husband's computer and it is a large gaming tower, I did a rough measurement and it was 21" so it should fit.

How wide is the keyboard tray?

The keyboard tray is about 26 3/4 wide and 9 1/4 deep

I want a desk that will hold my 5 gallon fish tank. Will the top part hold it?

I wouldn’t do it. A gallon of water weighs over 8 pounds.
