The product does what it is supposed to do

I have found American Anti-Aging's product Magnesium Lactate to be an excellent product. Magnesium Lactate is a very nice way to get your very important daily dose of Magnesium. I find it to very gentle on my system and bowel friendly. It is becoming more and more known how important magnesium supplementation is to our total health. Cardiologists have know for years that magnesium is very important to the proper functioning of the heart and it's prevention of cardiac arrhythmias. Magnesium also is very beneficial to the musculoskeletal system. It helps with muscle relaxation and bone strengthening. Recent studies have shown that magnesium can help prevent both colon and pancreatic cancer. The value of magnesium supplementation continues to grow as we discover more and more about this amazing mineral. It is a must in our daily nutrition and inexpensive too!

There is no strong smell of it... And the Quality is really good.. it helps in sleep well too... overall good one ..

It is easy to swallow and there aren't any digestion issues.

Not sure that I am completely assimilating this form. Normally I use Magnesium Glycinate soft gels. Going back to that form since it seems I'm having more leg cramps and anxiety after a few weeks of switching.Can't blame the product. Received quickly and in good condition. I'm sure if it weren't working at all I'd be having same issues as before I started to supplement with magnesium at all.

This bottle came with no label. IT has a sticker on the side with an invoice #. Rather spooky

Beware. There is no magnesium in this product! I've always taken Standard Process magnesium lactate with excellent results, but I decided to save a little money and try another company. Big mistake. My eyebrows were raised when I first received the bottle and was looking at the capsules. The capsules are 1/3 of the size of most excellent brand, Standard Process, yet the label said it had twice the amount of magnesium. Hmmm.... I took this brand for a few months and it only tasted like filler, another red flag. Sure enough after a few months, upon testing, my magnesium levels were extremely low. I can't find any legitimate information or website for this brand.
