Q: Whats the difference between the 5pack and the 6pack?

The 5 pack are 5 polarised neutral density (ND) lenses (ND4/PL, ND8/PL, ND16/PL, ND32/PL & ND64/PL) whereas the 6 pack contains 4 non-polarised ND filters (ND8, ND16, ND32 & ND64) as well as a circular polarising filter (no tint) and a UV filter (no tint). So the 6 pack will be more useful in low light conditions where you may not want a tint to the lens whereas the 5 pack has a better range for more brightly lit scenes.

Q: Are the glass circular or rectangle in shape? The images are confusing! Also, does vignetting occur having the filters on for photo or video? Thanks!

They are circular (at least the ones I received), as they are ND and polarized. In video mode there is no noticeable vignetting but in photo mode the edge of the filter may appear a bit in the corner. Not all times, it is depended on the angle of the gimbal. I personally don't mind it as with just a bit of crop you can get rid of it. To be honest the filters are mostly useful in video mode and in general I don't have any problem with them regarding the gimbal function. Also the drone with the filter on weight less than 250grms.

Q: Where do I rotate the ‘dot’ in relation to the sun’s position?

The polarised filter all depends on how bright the sun is and how reflective water is , it's really only used for still shots and not video
