a $0.01 cardboard tube would make this better...
it's rolled tightly upon itself, not over a tube that would protect it and give it some rigidity and help keep it smooth. The way it's rolled, there is no way to unroll it smooth and have a usable product.It's OK in small areas, but the bubbles and creases (due to the tight roll) are unavoidable.The colour is good though... (blue)

We haven’t used this but it’s going to work great on our bikes windshields
