Can you use this on walls, wanting to create a border in my sons bedroom. Will it be ok to remove after without pulling plaster off?

It’s sticky am not meant for walls r wasnt. I’d say if you did stock it to painted walls it might pull off paint when you remove it but I don’t think it’s strong enough to pull off plaster.

Does the cold affect this tapes ability to stick? I bought it to stick to industrial vinyl and it won't stick at all!

Without knowing what industrial vinyl you are trying to stick or how, all I can say is, I have used to seal insulation around copper pipes outside with no problems
