During exercising the band should always remain slightly stretched, always make sure thtat the band is attached firmly and cannot slip off. NOTE: NEVER STRETCH THE BAND TORWARD YOUR FACE. Adjust the length of the band for your exercise, to do this tie a knot in the band at the respective length or wind the band around your hand in order to achieve the desired resistance ,avoid cutting off your circulation by using the entire width of the band. Please follow the following guidelines to make your fitness bands last as long as possible : Hang up the fitness band after training ,make sure it does not have wrinkles or roll it up loosely. Perspiration should be removed using just clean water, next simply allow the band to dry without exposing it to heat and spread some talcum powder on it. Protect the band from heat or direct exposure to the sun.
