Why does the product picture show a 1 kg bag when I received a one pound bag?

I also ordered one 2.2 pound bag and received a 16 ounce bag. The heading for this product is "Ajinomoto MSG in Plastic Bag, 35.27 Ounce" and the order box says "2.2 Pound (Pack of 1)". This is what I expected to get.

What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?

I buy it for my brother who lives with me now. He is on a strict salt free diet and this helps give some bland foods some taste that they would otherwise not have. He uses a great deal of it with no apparent health effects. He has two smaller shakers on the table and I fill them with a funnel from the larger bag.
