If Oud for Greatness and BR540 had a baby, this would be it. Has an authentic oud accord, probably not for beginners. Longevity and sillage is through the roof. High oil concentration in this perfume so not safe to spray and white clothes or delicates. It's an extremely high quality perfume. As all from this brand are. Not blind buy safe. Leans masculine, but still unisex if that's ur vibe. I'm a woman and I love it. Don't over spray because it's beast mode. Use caution in warm weather because it really amps up and projects with body heat. And again, the oud note in this is prominent, and smells authentic. Western noses might not be accustomed to it. A delightful niche quality fragrance imho.

The media could not be loaded. Strong scents are something i have always enjoyed. There is an artform to fragrances in finding the fine balance between strong yet still socially acceptable. I think it is safe to say everyone who is into colognes or other fragrances has occasionally overdone it. Thankfully any time i have put on too much scent a friend is there to preform a friendly roast to remind me of the artform of scents.With this super bold scent from the Ahmed brand within the Bin Shakh Edp collection i have found a scent that is as high on the strength scale as i like to go. Not always am i in the mood for something as bold as this though often enough to justify a purchase.The product page suggests to be familiar with this kind of cologne before purchasing it. The disclaimer goes on to suggest trying a small amount first. I feel that warning was nice but not necessary in that this fragrance is not that extreme if you just use a small amount. The first spray found me borderline overwhelmed but soon realizing i sprayed to much because i pressed to spray nozzle two times. The second time i used one quick spray and that was perfect.The scent has a musky woody smell mixed with floral elements. I have never experience a fragrance quite like this before and i am impressed. This scent tool me a little bit to get used to with the break in time being a few hours.The packaging of this bottle is classy with it having a thick case that has impersonation leather on it mixed with a puffy outer design. The bottle itself has a beveled look that reminds me of a decanter.To conclude, i am super happy with this fragrance and recommend it to people who enjoy a bold scent.UPDATE 1.19.2022- This is a super long lasting scent. After a few days of wearing this i am updating this review to record my observation that this fragrance lasts about ten hours. This longevity makes this easily one of the longest lasting colognes i have ever used. The neat thing about this is the intensity level stays the same. Of course for the first half an hour or so its super strong then it evens out to an equilibrium intensity level for social exposure. What i do is spray this on me knowing i will not leave to go to work for about thirty minutes giving the fragrance time to level out. This fragrance if used correctly can really pack a long lasting punch.

I love this scent. It’s masculine as well as feminine. It last all day but I’d like to see Amazon carry this scent in perfume oil. Delivered immediately to me so that definitely was a plus and the packaging was so unique and fancy. Thank you to the seller as they made this girl very happy.

This is a very large bottle of perfume, fit for a king. Amber in color, and much unlike any fragrance I have encountered in my life. Is exquisitely woody, with a hint of floral, yet has a higher flavor of something I cannot find the words for. Is like a triad of fragrances bound into one exalted fortune to wear. Not sure what the one spice is, however this perfume warms my skin for many hours after application.At first is feels a strong, dominant. Unlike musk fragrances that cover up, this Ahmed Bin Shaikh binds with your skin and bodily chemicals and brings about a presence unlike any other perfume I have encountered. So I would advise wearing it around the house before going out right away, as this is very dominant scent, yet achieves great unexpected results.The box itself is 8" long , 4.75" wide, 3.6" deep, whereas the bottle is 2.12" wide on the flats, 4.53" tall. This is quite a large bottle, and its presentation is valid for its fragrance held within.Seems to impress those around my area, as is a scent that is not common. Alluring, unique, pleasant.Did take me a few days to get used to the spiced effect it has on the olfactory scenes. Highly recommended to be apart from the crowd, a desire to be remembered.

We are all new to scents from Dubai but were intrigued to try this Bin Shaikh EDP. My wife actually have very similar “tastes” in scents. This one is indeed unisex. However, to the typical American perfume buyer, the list price of $160 may be offputting. However, the packaging is exquisite and special. Most importantly, the scent is deep and resonant. Musk is evident yet women (at least mine) don’t smell at all like a woods creature—just a more alluring animal of the night. Don’t worry guys, the floral overtones are not overtly feminine at all. The scent is concentrated and the big bottle will last for years. It’s worth showing off, too.
