Debris can be embedded in leather if it is not cleaned off prior to polishing. For best results, it is recommended to clean your shoes with a cleaning wipe or damp rag and allow them to dry before applying polish. 3. If your shoes are dry & cracked, apply a leather conditioner (not included). Just as your own skin can crack and become dry, so can leather. Apply the conditioner with a clean cotton cloth and allow the shoes to completely dry before proceeding to the next step. 4.Apply polish evenly to the entire body of the shoe. A thin layer of polish will do it, but you need to make sure that it is evenly applied to avoid spotting on the leather. Let the polish dry before proceeding to the next step. Shoe polish should be applied with a clean cotton rag or the foam applicator. Use the smaller brush to rub polish deep into the area between the heel & shoe uppers. 5.Buff your shoes until they shine: First use the large brush; then use the buffing cloth in a brisk side to side motion for the final shine.

Exceed my expectation!
This kit comes with a very elegant leather design container. You could just easily store in your car and it doesn't cost any room at all. I use this Kit polish and it does a great job on my ankle boots. You just apply it with a sponge and the brush it vigorously with a Kit shoe brush. I was amazing how this kit shoe wax cover up the scuffs on my shoes and give my shoes a total new look. Definitely recommend this kit to anybody is looking for a great quality of shoe polish kit.

Not great but just ok.
I was initially really excited about this shoe polish but after trying it out, I was a bit disappointed to say the least.There were several things that made me give it a 3 star review. For starters, there is no guide how to use this kit. I had to go online and do my own research.The next issue, the smaller brush that is used to apply the wax polish started peeling away and by the time I had polished 3 shoes, I had hair brushes all over the place. That tells me it won't last long. The polish in the tiny cans are very cheap and you need to apply a lot. This will probably just last you about 6-7 shoes at best.Lastly, spong included is also very tiny and mine was pressed in and when attempting to take it out, it tore. Overall I am not satisfied nor dissatisfied but a quick look at similar items, I noticed the same kit is being sold a few bucks cheaper.This may be a good kit for some but it wasn't the best choice for me.

Very pretty and useful shoe care kit! Recommend!
This shoe care kit come with a leather- like case, very pretty! Small but has everything inside. My leather UGG had so many scratches. I brushed with little amount of black polish for the entire body of the shoe, about 2-3 minutes,then used the sponge wipe it. Very easy and quick, Now my UGG looks like brand new!!

The case is compact, you can put it in a book bag easily. It comes with two shoe polish in tubes,one black one neutral. And then one black and one neutral round canister polishes. Application brushes and polish cloths. I like the product and I believe it will last for a while.

Very compact, organized, and complete
The reason I bought this kit was because it came with the cream polish AND the wax polish, for a super shine. One great horsehair brush and a smaller one to get into the nooks and crannies works wonders. I recommend.

Doesn't look like picture, at ALL
It was not an acceptable order. Very small and the items were not at all what I expected. I just didn't want the hassle of returning. It's still boxed and not planning to use.

Very good and useful tool. My kit arrived without nail clippers and 1 of the brushes was missing.

Great kit
Gave this as a small fun gift to 2 nephews who just entered the "executive world". They can use it home or for travel. Nice case and the accessories are the perfect size (nobody uses the big shine kits anymore). Very nice
