They are marked as grill mats but you can't use them on the grill unless it's "low heat"? who grills on low heat? returned and not recommended.

Great help with grilling!
I love these grill mats!! They seemed like a good idea when I saw them on Facebook, but the price from Amazon was much better. I did some homefry potatoes & onions on the grill with the mat and it worked perfectly--no sticking! I can now also do salmon on the grill. Love it.
