Delicious Sweet & Sour Bon Bons
The tubs the sweets come in have a diameter of 9.6cm and are 5.9cm tall. They have a tab on the outer rim which you break to release the lid. The lid then lifts off and clips back into place fairly easily. Unfortunately they are made of polypropylene so are not too easy to recycle. The tubs contain roughly 45 sweets in each. The sweets themselves are all roughly 1.5cm in diameter. I found about two or three smaller ‘bits’ of sweets in each tub.If you like blue raspberry then you will like the flavour of these sweets. With the first sweet I wasn’t too sure about the flavour because at fist they just taste really sweet. But then the blue raspberry flavour kicks in and you start getting more of a sour taste come through. It’s a really delicious combination. These bon bons are slightly smaller than I remember having years ago. However I actually preferred this size because although chewy, unlike those bon bons of old, it never feels like your fillings are going to get pulled out!According to the label, per 100g the sweets are said to have 401cal, 5.4g of Fat (of which 4.6g are saturates), 86.5g Carbohydrates (of which 69.1g is sugar). The are suitable for vegetarians but not Vegans. The tubs I received in 1/22 had a best before the end of 8/24.In conclusion these bon bons are yummy and as a sweet I fully recommend them. They are a bit expensive when compared to buying bon bons in bulk, however are a reasonable price if you are after smaller self contained quantities, either to use a gifts, party favours, or for portion control.[Amazon asked me to review this product and to give my honest opinion about it. Like A Raspberry Slushpuppie In A Bonbon! For Fans Of Sweet Sweets... But Maybe Not The Best Value
You get five tubs of blue bonbons and the good news is they are very tasty.Opening up one of the tubs, you can immediately smell the sweet raspberry fragrance and each blue ball is small, chewy, super sweet and moreish. The flavour reminded me of my younger days and the icy raspberry Slushpuppie flavour, (artificial, super sweet and delicious), although I didn't find these bonbons turning my tongue blue! We've had this brand before and one of the first things my kids mentioned was that the top label doesn't correspond with the little blue sweets contained within. Absolutely right. The picture is of Haribo-like sweets and not Bonbons and though this may seem minor, if you have brought a number of differing "Tub Sweets" sweets, you may have trouble when searching through your sweet cupboard/stash for the tub you want. Finally, are they good value? Well if you need smaller tubs for maybe differing locations - eg car, office, etc - then getting them this way is a quick and practical solution (especially as they are delivered to your house). It does come at a large premium though and you could probably get the equivalent amount of sweets a lot cheaper from a supermarket in a couple of larger packs.

Super sweet chewy bon bons
Like sweets? Bon bons? These are the Tubs Sweets Blue Raspberry Fruity Chewy Sweets 150g Plastic Tubs x 5.If you like bon bons you will be familiar with these, not like the traditional white ones with toffee inside, these are instead coloured with a blue powdery exterior with a pleasant chewy white fruity flavour. Not sure if it's Raspberry or Blueberry or just a generic sweet taste, but it is divine and very moreish. You get 5 x 150g tubs here, and the BBE date is 30 months time! So ample to time to pace out and avoid diabetes!Having a family of 4 these were always going to be a winner. Just a pity they contain gelatine and milk.Overall I'd thoroughly recommend these, as they are both delicious and very moreish. Go get some!

Not Vegan Or Vegetarian See Below for Ingredients. Here's a Description of the Flavour:
Slightly off-ish tasting raspberry. I wouldn't guess they were raspberry if I hadn't been told. they're kind of similar to bubblegum, but not convincingly enough. They're also very sweet - and that's coming from someone who doesn't ever turn down a sweet treat.Ingredients are as follows from their website:Glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, water, modified maize/potato starch, gelatine, acid (citric/tartaric/malic acid) dextrose, flavourings, acidity regulator (trisodium citrate) glazing agents (vegetable oil, carnauba wax, palm, palm kernel and coconut origin) safflower extract, glycerine, cornstarch, wheatflour (gluten), lactic acid E270, malic acid E296, sweetened condensed whole milk, salt, dextrose emulsifier, humectant: sorbitol E471, E473, E133, E330, E296, E420(ii), E422, E331 (iii), E162, E100, E133, E150d, E153, E171, E120, E131.Would I buy them again? No, as there are much better options available on Amazon that really hit the Bon Bon nail on the head.

3 out of 4 of my family say NO.
Each member of my family loves bon bon sweets so I thought these sweets would be perfect for us all. I knew they wouldn't be toffee, but I liked that they were supposed to be raspberry flavour.First of all you do get a lot of sweets for your money and when you finish them you have some nice little storage pots. That's the positive. The negative is that they are really awful. They taste like bubblegum not raspberry and they are too sickly sweet. I have a very sweet tooth and even I can't eat them. My husband said they are so sweet they give him toothache. One of my daughters couldn't even finish one because they tasted 'funny'. Finally my other daughter who also loves sweets said they were OK, but only because she likes bubblegum flavour. So she gets to eat them all! These are not sweets that I would recommend unless you love bubblegum flavour. Only then will you enjoy the multi buy bargain of these pots.
