While I thought about ordering a new throttle bushing I was too cheap and did not. So, I waited two days for this bushing clip to show up... then cracked the throttle bushing on the carburetor during the installation and had to wait another two days for it to arrive so I could finish the job. Review: little clips that you always need - If you do any work on riding mowers, changing out the carburetors, these little pieces are always breaking or missing. Good to have the extra laying around.

little clips that you always need
If you do any work on riding mowers, changing out the carburetors, these little pieces are always breaking or missing. Good to have the extra laying around.

Throttle Linkage bushing
I haven’t had a chance to install them, and I’m not sure they would work for what I need them for, but they seem to be good quality.

They work
I have to agree with others that these are too expensive for what they are.. a few cents worth of plastic... BUT, they work well for what they need to do. They are a snug fit into the linkage hole, but snug is actually a good thing. You want them to fit tight into the linkage hole so there is no 'slop' in the linkage during use. Now I just have to figure out where to put the second one so I can find it in the future when it may be needed...
