As a huge lover of Sichuan/Szechuan peppercorns, I had to try this oil & it is AWESOME!!! I hope it comes back in stock as I do not want to run out. I will still use the peppercorns, but this is so terrific for adding that unique taste in liquid form.

Another winner from Soeos! An unigue Chinese flavoring. AROMA: moderate citrus smell. Not over-whelming. TASTE: Bold and strong! Heavy citrus and 'piney' flavors. EFFECT: Lots of tingle and numbness. HEAT: Doesn't have "heat" like some might expect. It is really not from a 'pepper'. Seems to be a good quality oil. Not meant to be a 'cooking oil' it's really just a 'finishing oil' But before you order some I suggest one might taste some first before ordering a whole bottle so you will know what to expect. It is definitely different! I can't wait to experiment with this in various recipes!
