No instruction manual for operations
The flame light seems well made and is exactly what I was looking for but there is a limited user manual. In addition, it's obvious that there are other connections on the back of the unit that aren't addressed in the manual. It appears they may be able to connect multiple devices or other controls but no indication as to how to use them. Finally, other sites show a remote control available but there is no indication on how to obtain one.

Terrible instructions
The instruction pamphlet is useless, not easy to understand at all. The fabric used for “flame” was defective and I have not been able to get any help with the issue.
