Beautiful plate set,Looks good on my table and no be pieces were cracked.

I got this as a gift for my granddaughter and when we opened it, we were concerned due to the condition of one corner of the box it arrived it. When we opened it we found that the milk and sugar set were broken. We were so disappointed. But she loves the rest of the set. She really wants to get that set to complete her set of dishes. How can we get them replaced?

I was pleasantly surprised to find the dishes so well padded inside of the box they came in, that none arrived with any chips or cracks. They all look to be flawlessly made and of high quality. They rinse off easily, have various sizes for the plates, and are simply so beautiful that I get excited when I get to use them when guests visit. This dish set is well worth the money!

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that there are very minor imperfections. This item is more for people who like that they can tell an item is handmade and not mass produced in a factory. The minor imperfections are not something that majority of people would notice. The shape of the items are perfect just a finish was slightly messy on the very bottom of the item, I felt a bump, and the handle for the casserole dish is slightly turned off center. Otherwise the matte black is a gorgeous color and everything came intact. There's a nice weight to everything and the kit is great for a first start for all the glassware you may need for your first apartment or home. I would definitely recommend this company.

We love the shape and design of the set. Granted we have found that the plates and bowls are a lot larger than we need. But that's not a problem because it keeps us from knocking anything out of them when eating. Had one broken piece when it arrived, but after a couple e-mails it was quickly replaced with the safest packing I've ever seen. They have a great weight and feel to them.
