I have what you might consider moderate to advanced SebDerm on both my face and scalp. This cream doesn't necessarily help it clear up directly, but it does provide relief from much of the scaling and irritation that usually accompanies it. It goes on white, but quickly absorbs and leaves you looking and feeling hydrated. I've never had any issues with irritation or reaction and I have very sensitive skin. I think this product is really great. I use it every day and my overall skin health has greatly improved. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Apply it to wet skin to get the best results -- it will use less product to cover the same area. A single tube lasts a long time even with multiple daily applications. I deducted a star because my one and only gripe is that I really don't like the scent. It's a sort of sickly-sour citrus that I just personally dislike. You may feel differently, but either way, it's a very minor issue as the scent doesn't linger and the benefits of the cream outweigh the momentary nuisance for me.

This stuff is really good. Really help with itch and flaking.

This product with the mielle hair rosemary growth serum is the only thing that works for my dry scalp. I've tried other anti-dandruff products and they just made my dry scalp worse, but this product works really well. I usually put it on (alongside the meile hair rosemary growth serum) an hour or a couple of hours before rinsing off with the moogoo shampoo. I wish the price was lower, but as a testament to how much I love this product, I've already gone through at least 5-7 of these.

I have had Seb Derm for 57yrs and atm it's behind my ears, sometimes in the eyebrows and sides of my nose. I use this after I shower normally on my forehead/eyebrows and behind my ears I haven't seen much help, maybe a little to the eyebrows but nothing for the ears or nose.

Does not work

I brought this after reading about another Mom using this overnight for her son’s cradle cap. I was not disappointed! The smell reminds me of eucalyptus and is quite herbal but it doesn’t smell bad just strong. I left it on overnight also and it definitely helped to loosen the crusty parts of my baby’s scalp due to the cradle cap. I just washed it off with shampoo per the instructions and within a few weeks her scalp has significantly improved.

My sis lives in Australia and has been a loyal Moogoo user; got this cream for our mom who’s having issues with her scalp; mom didn’t really want RX meds to my sis highly recommended this; accdg to my mom, it has greatly helped with the dryness & itchiness, so far so good; I guess my sister’s on the dot on Moogoo.
