I suffer from plantar faciitus and I've been using these for the past few days. They don't work miracles but they do offer some relief, as they both pad the heel and absorb some of the friction of walking. The also lightly compress the heel, which is good, but are very comfortable to wear all day. So, I feel they are worth what I paid for them and I would buy them again.

They are fine if you're just going to walk around in the gels and socks or loose slippers. They roll out of place (off your heels) when putting your feet in shoes. They also make your foot to thick for some shoes and boots so whats the point if you can't wear them when you need to.

Got it for my heels, especially for the night when I put on my lotion and need the area to remain wet.The protectors are very soft and you can barely feel them on your heels.

Wasn't happy, one started ripping, so I threw them away😞

One size comfortably fits all. Well, maybe not quite all but we tested them on women's size 7 and men's size 10 and they fit fine for both of us. My wife has been wearing gel socks at night to help with cracking heels but they always felt too tight. These feel much better, you can barely tell they are even on.And, of course they work well too. Even using them for a few hours seems to have made a big difference.

DOES NOT STAY IN PLACE. IT ROLLS
