Parchment Craft Magazine - December 2016 Welcome to the December edition of Parchment Craft. The winter nights are drawing in and it's getting progressively colder outside which can only mean there is every reason to stay wrapped up in the warm and work out which projects form this issue to try first. How about Julie's reindeer card which is on the cover? Featuring lots of layered trees, it's perfect for those of you who like dimensional work and cutting, alternatively, just trace the whole scene and work on the one sheet of parchment. If you are still making Christmas cards and you're pressed for time, why not use a Grid to get through your quota? Grids make parching fun, they're readily available and as you can see from Maggie Byford's example on Page 9 the finished effects are beautiful. That's about it from me. I shall return next month with another amazing assortment of cards and designs, including a brand new series of cards themed around shapes, a series devoted to our feathered friends and a new contributor who is going to show you to apply colour to your parchment. In the meantime, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
