Worked great then stopped then Customer Service replaced item
I was so excited when item arrived. Easy to connect easy to use. Then I woke up to my Apple Watch no being charged. It recognizes the charger but won’t charge it. I checked the watch settings to make sure I was up to date on software updates no issues there. I thought maybe I placed it wrong and left it for the day. Still nothing. Still charges my phone without issues. I could not get the item replaced only refunded and purchase again. Unfortunately the price went up since so now it’s gonna cost me more to try a new one. I was hoping it worked so I could buy more for the family. I hope my item was just defective. Will update rating once I receive a new one.***Update***Nejioon Customer Service reached out to me due to my defective product and fixed the issue immediately. Sent out a product more fitting for my needs and concerns and I now have a fully functioning device with a 1 year warranty. Thank you Jessie for all your help and attention to detail to solve my issue.

Great Charging Station
This is a very great product, I wasn’t sure if it would be one of those charging stations where I have to use the charging chords to my watch and phone and hide them within the item as I have seen with others. I truly love that it isn’t one of those. It is completely and truly wireless charging. That makes less of a wire clutter on my night stand. I can save my chords for use in my car or for back up. Not sure how this device will hold up to the rest of time, but so far I love it. When devices are charging, the light pulsates (breathes) turns solid when all are done charging, or you can also turn the light off. This charging stand also works great for traveling. I have forgotten my chords and remembered I brought this device with me and was still able to charge my phone, watch and earbuds. The material is pretty sturdy too, wouldn’t say its the best, but it is definitely worth the price. I definitely recommend this product to anyone.

Works great for my office
I like the fact that It helps me multi task while I'm busy at work. In a matter of a short period of time my devices are ready to go.
