Whoever designed this iron did not think things through! - 1) the hatch that you have to flip up to put water in the water tank only flips up from the left hand side, so you need to hold the water bottle / jug (whatever you use), in your left hand (90% of people inc me are right handed!). Luckily I am fairly good with my left hand so can manage this, I immagine others may not be so lucky.2). The power cable is rediculously short so I have to have an extension cable from my socket to the iron base (something I have never had to do with any iron) - I am just under 5' tall so my ironing board is not that high, the cable just reaches the floor with about 3cm to spare.The above reasons are why it lost stars.3). It has a tendency to spit water when you put it upright to charge during ironing, if the steam settings is on full, but it is quite difficult to dial it back to where it does not do this but still enabling steam ironing.At the end of the day, it does the job irons the clothes / bed linens, but not sure I would have brought it if I knew then what I know now.
