I really like this pan. It is well made, has a good, pleasing solid weight to it, is properly non-stick and easy to clean. Food cooks well and evenly in it. The square shape is surprisingly practical to cook with. The handle is well angled and feels good in your hand. I have had it for over a year and it still looks as good and performs as well as when I first got it. I love it and would say it is a very good investment.

What a good idea - a (nearly) square griddle pan - sometimes circular pans can be so difficult for arranging the contents. As well as being used on the hob, it can be used in the oven up to 230 degC, handy if the rest of your meal isn't quite ready. The pouring lip is also useful for safely decanting fat for when you're ready to crisp up the bacon. You'll need to wear an oven mitt, as the handle is metal and does heat up. It's quite heavy, which helps the heating to be even. A great addition for the kitchen.

I Highly recommend this grill pan, it’s great to make the meat fillets and vegetables too. Food doesn’t stick very easy to clean, and it’s just great quality, definitely loving it. It’s also a good size, worth the money.

This pan is ok. The non stick works fine, although not as good as some other pans I have. Food seems to cook evenly. I particularly like to cook my bacon in it. Overall I'm happy with it.

I'll start by saying, I'm not a professional chef, and I don't have any $300 pans, but I have had a number of pans in my life in the $20-$50 range and this is by far the best one I've ever used.Things I love:-The square design makes much more sense than round, you can fit more in it than a comparable 10" round pan.-Heats up very quick and cooks evenly everywhere in the pan-Very solid construction, pan and handle both feel and look fantastic-Its a grill pan so you get awesome grill lines on your food-It has a little lip on one side so you can drain the grease into a small container without spilling everywhere-Handle is metal so I expected it to get hot, but it really didn't-Nonstick is amazing - seriously (see note below)-Insanely easy to cleanThings I don't like:-Its so good that I now hate all of my other pansI have had this for a couple days and so far I have cooked hamburgers, grilled pineapple, and breakfast sausages. Everything has turned out fantastic, I'll include pictures of my burgers and pineapple so you can see the awesome grill marks. I can't wait to try a steak in this bad boy. After each meal I've let the pan cool a bit while I'm eating then I wash it. Man, when they say non stick they mean non stick, this thing is incredible. While cooking and cleaning the non stick feature is very obvious, my burgers never stuck to the pan while cooking, and it only took about 30 seconds to clean afterwards. I rinsed with hot soapy water and did a quick scrub with my non scratch sponge and the char from my burgers just came right off. I've never had a pan that cleans so easy before. In the pictures I posted you can see all the black stuff in the pan when I'm cooking the burgers and pineapple, then the last picture is how it looked after cleaning it for about 30 seconds (and towel drying).I highly, highly recommend this pan to everybody looking for a non stick grill pan, I honestly couldn't be happier with it. Definitely the best pan in the price range that I have ever used.
