These things are great!!! They require a full days sunlight to fully charge but will run all night on a full charge. The little .7 watt solar panel has a standard micro USB plug and will charge my battery bank; android phone and/or my bluetooth speaker. The light compares to a 30 watt incandescent bulb and has a nice hue. Two of these would light a campsite better than a Coleman lantern and wouldn't burn down the county if toppled. Great way to introduce yourself to solar. Place it in a bathroom. Hang the solar cell in the window. Congrats! You now have a solar bathroom. Every kid needs one of these for campouts, even 50 year old kids.

This product and sellers should be removed from Amazon right NOW ‼️Does not work and they gave me the run-around in the emails and finally got a third 1/3 of the money I paid for it back. DISGUSTING ‼️ 😠😤🤯👿

Bought a few of these to give away to people in Puerto Rico for Maria Huricane.These things are potent! I'd say they illuminate more than a regular light bulb. I don't know how long the charge lasts because I gave them all away, and I forgot to ask later on. I need to buy us some for emergencies over here as well.

I’ve tried and tried to get it to work. It says it’s charging with its little red light but it never lights up at night. I’ve tried different locations and pressing the button. This has been a waste of money. 😞 I have a different kind 5’ away from the solar panel and it charges and shines bright outside but inside, the light on this one fails to light.

This light works well. Not very bright over all but holds a good charge. The cord is long and the board has a tape that works well. Easy on and off button and very moveable. Good for camping or a small storage shed. I now have 3 of these.

The battery is 770 mAh when you open it up. It appears to be a protected battery which is good, so overcharging or over discharging problems should be mitigated, It is cheaply made chinese, but still, if you would have to build it from individual components, you would pay more! If you want to use it here and there for a few years, probably can't go wrong if used with the solar panel that comes with it. I would assume the installed batteries are not new. So remaining life can be in question.

charger needs full sun and long time .the price was not bad so i kept it useally charge with cell chargerso bulb with internal battery 5 solar 2

Even though it says it's not for outside use. I put this in my chicken coop and it constantly gets rained on. Still works great! Had to shake water outta the light but no damage at all.
