Yes, so long as the floor is not wet. Actually 610 will be better than 105 because it has much greater gap filling ability.

Does this work to fill holes in my motorhome where somebody knocked my passenger side mirror off? Also can i put wood dowels in it to hold screws?

Unsure about motorhome but it would be very good on wood dowels. I used it to seal inside plywood joints on a camper i made. Strong and waterproof.
