I work on guitars and exclusively use these strings. They are great for the money and I have had no issues or complaints even after months of use. The tone is great the feel is like name brands and no tuning instability or easy breakage.

These are very decent strings for backup guitars. The quality, performance, feel & tone are right on par with more expensive middle of the road guitar strings. I ordered a dozen more sets to have just as emergency backup strings since the price is so dang low. Solid strings. Solid shipping/delivery. Solid durability. Solid performance. Solid feel. Not a waste of money.

So far so good! Been looking for budget strings since juststrings shut down, these fit the bill. Wondering if these are d’addario since the ball ends are colored? Supposedly there are only a few factories that make all the strings. Anyhoo I’m happy!

I got these for my 14yo son. He has a double locking trem equipped guitar and prefers to play in drop d. I had bought a 10 pack of strings from another company for $20 and they sound fantastic, however, the gaging is too light for drop d. I got these because the price for a 3 pack seemed well. The good: The sound great tone wise. They ring true, have clarity and definition. They are harmonically rich and sustain well. They hold their tuning well and I have not experienced any significant detuning from the locking trem as I have with the stock strings after a while. The bad: They have a 'grip' to them. I thought it was maybe some defined wraps on the wound strings, but it's not. It's all, even the plain steel. My kid equates it to playing guitar with "cheetos fingers" and that seems to be an apt description. I believe these string are treated but I havebhad other treated and coated strings (both premium and budget) that do not have that feeling. It's a shame because it's a good value and they sound good but I feel hindered when I play. I have even taken a nail buffer pad over them to see if that helped, but it did not. Perhaps it's my batch. Maybe the treatment or coating is a bit too thick. I played them last night and they felt kinda like old 'dry' strings do. But they're still shiny and appear new. I will update my review after we change them out and see if the other packs feel the same as this. On the upside, I suppose if he can work these and play with speed and coordination, then when he jumps to a premium string, he will be more agile and it will feel like it plays way easier.

great product hold s tune well sounds great

Been playing guitar for 30 years (started in 1996). Started off with Ernie Ball like most newbies do. Then I tried D'addario, which I was hooked on for years until I kept getting tarnished strings right out of the package. After buying my first 8 string in 2014, I discovered GHS boomers (which I still love). As with anything, stuff is getting more expensive; so I gave these a try. All I can say is WOW! Comes in a nice box to prevent being kinked during shipping. All the strings are individually wrapped to prevent corrosion. Strung up my RG450dx, gave them a good stretch, and proceeded with the punishment test. Dive bombs, huge bends, hard picking... And in the end they maintained tuning stability. Will be ordering several more sets to keep in my reserves (I own 18 guitars). Note to the manufacturer: Please consider coming out with 8 string sets and heavier gauges. Most of my 6 string guitars are tuned to C standard (12-60 gauge). My 8 strings are tuned to F# standard (10-76 gauge).
