My husband is 280, 42 waist, 5 feet 11 in. but big shoulders. It fit him around the shoulders and the arms but he couldn't button it up because of his tummy. He took the large due to wide shoulders.

Q: are there any matching pants for the green color that you would recommend?

don't know. I got the red one and wore black pants with it.
