I was looking for a moisturizing face mask and since overnight masks are all the rage lately, I decided to give this one a shot. I have tried several of this brands products previously and was always happy with them. This one is no exception. I have used it overnight twice, and like that it absorbs pretty fast once you apply it as your final step in your skin care routine and doesn’t get you stuck to your pillow. However i have also used it as a quick 20 minute during the day mask to give my skin a little pick me up and it gives you just as great of a result as if you were wearing it all night. It makes your skin soft and dewy without being super thick and tacky to apply. It does not have a strong smell so it’s great for people who are sensitive to that. The tube it comes in is pretty good size and you get a lot of bang for your buck

I normally don’t write reviews instead I’m the one reading hundreds of them. If your like me , you like to thoroughly do your reach especially when it comes to what you put on or in your body . This face mask is absolutely under priced . I’m in shock just how well this face mask works !!!!!!! I have tried pretty much every line of skin care once . I’m only on day 3 and I wake up each time with my skin literally transforming over night . I did not realize of all my years of research and thousands spent on my skin regime that something as a nourishing RICE mask was the key component that was lacking . 😂 The texture is a hybrid between a serum and a moisturizer. It goes on creamy like silk , non greasy or heavy what so ever . No scent which I like as I have sensitive skin . Even vitamin C dries me out . I’m on the super dry end of skin types so this is Definitely a wonderful overnight hydrate . I wake up with Baby soft , dewy , poreless skin . It’s actually brightening it too to my surprise. (I don’t find many brightened that actually work on the market anymore unless it’s clinical & you’re ready to shell out $200+.) I do want to note that I do use other products first BUT it’s the same steps I was doing when I would finish with the laneig water bank sleep mask . I did not have any results with that after a week I gave it to my bf and back to the drawing board looking for a deep hydrating over night mask . I found this one and I needed to share my feedback . There is probably someone out there like me just over the search and wasted money . This mask is simply incredible. There is no other way to put it . I even canceled my laser facial as it’s no longer needed . 3 days my skin has drastically improved from elasticity , brightened and super moisturized . Dont take this review lightly . I’m a super tough critic when it comes to skin & hair products. Every woman mid 30’s+ with dry skin needs this in her nightly skin routine . 🙌

So good! Works so well and hydrates my skin. Good on sensitive skin. Good size for what you pay for. Dosent have a smell. I can feel it making my skin firmer. Medium thickness.

What I do really like about it is the texture. It has a serum quality that's thick and emollient like a cream. It glides on my skin so beautifully. While it may do its job with how nice it feels and with hydration, it causes some irritation to my rosacea-prone skin IF I am having an episode of redness or flare up of my type 1 rosacea. If I am not, then I don't have issues other than maybe a slight redness right after application, which sometimes does happen with skincare that may make it a little more prone to irritation or upset the skin. And then it will burn a bit when I apply it. If my skin is happy, and I make sure to let other layers of skincare product absorb, then all is well. I likely won't reorder this, but I think I'd next try their propolis overnight mask to see if my skin likes it better, though overall I have excellent results with other Cosrx products. Really wish this worked out better for me.

Bought this on a whim and I love it. My skin is dry in winter and this is great. My skin feels nice and plump and soft, it’s not greasy or oily and I even wear under my make up when I feel like I’m particularly dry. No breakouts or weirdness I love the way my skin feels.

Love these COSRX products! This Rice overnight Spa Treatment cream is smooth and creamy very light no smell very nourishing for the skin! Update #2: I've been using this for 2 wks because I've been wanting to try a product with rice extract, and I generally enjoy the texture of Cosrx products. I think this one is nice overall - but, it definitely makes my skin burn for a couple of minutes - then it goes away but my skin feels sensitized. It may be one of the emulsifying alcohols or a preservative, because none of my other products with niacinamide does this. It doesn't appear to be breaking me out or causing rosacea. However, I put this too close to my eye area once and it caused an immediate red bump that was slightly painful but went away the following day. If you're NOT sensitive, you'll probably like this cream. This had no smell (to me) and was otherwise Ok and hydrating on my skin. It's a good amount in the tube, and I use prob 1/4 tsp on my face and neck (or 1/2 tsp if I include chest). I used this as a last step after a retinoid cream and it kept me hydrated overnight. I also used it on a few days when I wasn't using a retinoid. I imagine that someone with very dry/aging skin could need to add a heavier moisturizer in the winter, though, that is more occlusive. I'm still looking for one with rice extract that doesn't burn. This definitely does not feel like an overnight mask - more like a day/night moisturizer for normal to dry skin.

On my husband's account. I'm 45 and looking for a new moisturizer since my skin is changing and now I'm dealing with acne again and also aging skin. I have combination skin with dry patches and this has already helped a lot in the few nights I've used it. I had been using a heavier cream, but it was too much and even though it was hydrating, it was making me break out really bad. This is lightweight and hydrating at the same time. I do my usual wash and toner and then this mask. My skin has been much more happy, less bumps, and had less dry patches. I also use The Face Shop Rice Ceramide moisturizer during the day and both of them seem to make my skin less irritated. Definitely try if you're looking for something affordable and that actually works!
