I was really happy with this product. It is perfect size for one person . I made a Chili and I got 4 dinners out of it. Easy cleanup. Just soaked in dish soap and hot water and came up squeaky clean. I have a 6 quart pot but its too heavy. I saw this 4 quart one which was also compatible with my induction plate.

I had feedback to seller regarding the 3 handles became very hot when cooking for the 1st time. I asked for solution. They provide standard technical reply. I requested for same size with insulated handles and they did not replied. I approached Amazon customer service and they accepted my explanation and provided a full refund. I think that seller should address the issue and try think of solutions (believe they can) but instead went silent. Hope seller/mfr will resolve that problem as it will pose danger to user.
