I've been taking this consistently for a while now and honestly have been very impressed with the difference it's made. The biggest thing I noticed was a significant improvement in my overall energy throughout the day. It's not some stimulant-type feeling, but more like my body just feels like it's functioning better overall. The most surprising change though was that I completely stopped getting canker sores after about a month of taking this regularly. I used to get them fairly often and didn't even originally buy this product for that reason, so that was a very unexpected benefit for me personally. Obviously everyone's body is different and I can't guarantee that'll happen for others, but it was a very noticeable change in my case. The taste is definitely a little funny/mineral-like, but honestly I don't care because the results have been worth it for me. After the first few times it became easy to get used to anyway. I also like that this isn't just another basic synthetic vitamin supplement. The plant-derived mineral aspect and broad mineral profile were a big part of why I decided to try it in the first place. It's hard to objectively measure everything a mineral supplement may be doing behind the scenes, but based on my experience I absolutely think this product has benefited my overall health. Very happy with it overall and will continue buying it. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Ok I have had a lot of earthy awful tasting things in my life as an avid park goer & health food store patron over the last 2 decades. This takes the gold for worst taste i’ve ever had hands down. That being said, my depression has lifted & my skin is glowing after 5 days. I put some on my plants & they grew more in 5 days than they did in 3 weeks prior. Bottom line if your serious about your health, get this, just have something else ready to rid the taste after a shot of it.

Great product

As others have mentioned, the taste is terrible, but that's to be expected with all trace minerals supplements. That being said, it's the least offensive one I've tried. I take a shot glass of this mixed with water AM and PM. When I miss a day, I find myself craving it. The difference it makes is so amazing. I feel energized and my mood is better. I suffer from seasonal affective disorder, and the cold, dark winter months usually drag me down. Not with this! I've also found it helpful with remineralizing teeth. I have sensitive teeth and gums, but when I swish this around in my mouth before swallowing, my sensitivity is greatly diminished. Do yourself and your health a favor and try it.

I;m glad to find a reliable source for the mineral supplement. I have been taking liquid mineral supplements for at least 20 years. I can't be sure that it is of benefit but I am still working a full-time job at 74.

It's only the first day, so I can only comment on two things. One is, I was happy how difficult it was to remove the inner seal, since this stuff has to ship without leaking. Second, I'm not sure why people feel the need to slug back a capful or couple tablespoons of things like this product and then are surprised at ill effects, bad taste, etc. I tasted a dipped spoon, decided I could take it and put a teaspoon or so in about 1/4 c of water. The effect or flavor that might gag some folks is a feeling on the tongue and throat I associate with zinc, selenium, and maybe the aluminum having a "drying" sensation. I could see how that might make a problem if you're hitting this straight. I'll continue with the teaspoon or so in the bit of water and work upward if I feel the need. I hope it's as good a result as I had with the Majestic Earth Ultimate I took back in the 1990s. Reading up on it, I was reassured by the claims that the aluminum is well below what even antacids might have and is the organically bound form. I'll likely follow up with more research, but know that mineral forms of elements we encounter daily are in greater quantity. My next question would be, if these are organically bound and unavailable, what about those minerals we want available? I'll leave that for another day.

I prefer liquid product to tablets. Good brand.
