How can I choose the right charger and avoid delays from exchanges?

Charging Port and voltage incompatibility are our most common return reasons. Avoid replacement delays: check your battery's charging needs, port size and polarity. Output: 42V/2A. Round plug: approx. 5.5 mm (0.22 in) OD.

Why does a 36V battery use a 42V charger?

36V is nominal battery voltage; many 36V lithium-ion packs need 42V charging. Replacement batteries may differ. Before ordering, we can check your device and battery details against our compatibility database to help identify a suitable charger.

Why does the plug fit and the light stay green, but the battery does not charge?

A green light alone does not confirm charging. Long storage, a replaced battery or mismatched charging voltage may cause charging problems. Share your device model and battery label through Amazon. Our specialists can help assess compatibility.

Is warmth normal during charging? Can I charge overnight?

Some warmth can occur. Over-temperature protection is built in, and current tapers as the battery nears full. Per CPSC guidance, never charge unattended or while asleep. Keep dry and ventilated; unplug when charging is complete.

What should I do if the charger stops working after a period of use?

We have specialized in power adapter manufacturing since 2016. If your charger stops working, stop using it. Share your device model, battery label and symptoms through Amazon so our experienced team can help troubleshoot the issue.

Great spare charger for my GXL V2!

This replacement charger is a perfect match for my Gotrax GXL V2 scooter! The barrel plug fits securely, no loose connection. Red LED for charging, turns green once fully charged. It charges the battery in about 4 hours just like the original, stays cool while running. Saved my scooter when my factory charger died!
