Definitely pinching that word lol. If you know you know. There is so much intrigue in this morning. So many mysteries and unexpected happenings. I absolutely loved it and I had a suspicion but I'm not sure how truthful that ending is.

Faye is in a world of pain. She is struggling to survive deep loneliness physical and emotional abuse. Her mom has been poisoned , and is in an induced coma, and the person she loved and trusted is betraying her.

3.5 ⭐️ I really enjoyed the writing of this book and the humour throughout! Faye was such a strong and fierce FMC and I absolutely adored her determination to just get through life and do as much as she can for her mum.The romance doesn’t have all that much depth yet, but the slow burn and sexy scenes were yummy. I would’ve enjoyed some more romance and some answers rather than all the suspense and secrets that just kept piling up. The story felt a little repetitive in spots with the same day to day routine, and it ended with an A LOT of open ends.The setting was super spooky which I enjoyed, and I am excited to finally have some answers in the next book!
