If the leaves of a tree moved too much, she'd bolt and drag you with her. This Mare has hurt herself more than once trying to get away from things that aren’t new. Getting her feet done required dorm gel, and even then, she'd sometimes run over you or try to fall over on you out of fear of being touched. She was not a horse you could simply walk up to and halter or pet. Catching her meant getting her into a round pen and spending 5–10 minutes just earning her trust enough to approach. She’s extremely sensitive, not food-motivated, and everything has always taken an enormous amount of time and effort. I tried everything to help her adjust to domestic life, but nothing seemed to make a lasting difference, until this product. Within a week, I noticed a remarkable change. She became noticeably calmer and more approachable. For the first time, I could pet her without needing to corner or catch her. Her overall demeanor has improved dramatically.
