Are soft gels the same as gummies

No. They absolutely aren't. Soft gels are gently coated supplements that digest easily in the stomach similar to capsules. Gummies are actually questionable. They are like gummy bears or worms...the candies from childhood and in my opinion gummie supplememts quality and effectiveness are very questionable
