how do you remove the sim card from a lt500

Its spring loaded. Depress it carefully with the corner of of a plastic credit card or popsicle stick, then pinch it with your fingernails to pull it out. Be gentle.

Will this work with fire stick for my tv ?

No, you go to the webpage to manage it while having a hard wire line between it and your PC.

Does this include the adapter for a nano SIM card?

The one I got did not include the adapter for a nano card but I purchased one separately.

My 4 year old phone gets better reception than this device.

Be wary. Unless you get a really good reception inside your home, it might be worth looking at other options. edit: This routes has been absolutely useless for me and has basically been usable.

Works Good...

Initial setup was quick, getting it connected took a moment to figure out but after realizing having to release the sim from the modem it replaced and inputting the new imei it was up and running without issue. The OpenVPN seems to be getting blocked from my carrier so I'll have to figure that out later. For now it's connected, not the fastest, but works. Runs it's own version of OpenWRT but does not seem to support updating to current version as it's not officially supported.
