A Very Bossy Christmas: An Enemies to Lovers, Office Holiday Romance

Wow.. My first book from Alexis Winter.. And I love it. Damon is such a prick but a good kind. He has lots of reasonable reasons (he thinks he does.. 😉) to treat Kate badly since she started working for him. But he dropped everything to help Kate.. Which is so gallant of him. He's been in love with her forever.. Well since he saw her during the interview.. 😉.. And Kate.. Well she's a very very nice girl and always tried her best to make her family happy. I meant she didn't even think to tell her family the reason why she broke up with her ex-Chad.. And her family still invited him and his new gf to their annual Christmas Dinner.. And Damon is not happy about that. He tried so hard to make Kate grow a backbone so that her family knows the truth.. But that is nearly until the end of the book. I like the story line.. It's about a guy trying to atone himself by helping a girl that he loves.. And at the same time trying to get the girl of his dream. Love the start.. The middle.. The ending and the epilogue. Download it.. It's a quick reading.. A steamy hot quick reading🔥🔥👍👍👌

This is a fun, sweet and quick story. Due to the length there isn’t great character development, but they are likable and I saw the potential them. I wish the story was actually longer as it had a lot of potential.

Damon is a mean rude CEO boss! Kate is his helpful assistant and when her car doesn't start to deliver the coffee and the pastries for the morning meeting, Damon calls saying get back or your fire. She abandons her car to get to the meeting on time and to later find out her car gets towed and she cant get it in time to go home for the holidays. When she runs into Damon at the bar and they start drinking together she tells him what a jerk he is and her problem with trying to getting home. So when the next morning Damon picks her up to take her back home for the holidays. Kate's cheating ex still is friends with the family and thats when Damon gets introduce as her boyfriend. What happens when faking a relationship stops being fake and starts to feel real? What happens when the jerk of a boss isn't such a jerk after all?I absolutely adored this book. It was a very classic take on a hallmark movie with a great amount of spice! I really enjoyed the vibe of Damon and how he just treating her like crap because he wanted to get rid of the feeling of loving her. I love that Kate really just started to slowly fall when all the sweet things started happening. It was all so sweet and simple! Great story!

This was a cute, quick holiday read. Damon and Kate have a snarky boss/employee relationship. After a day from hell, they end up at the same bar and she’s a bit trashed. The next day, he shows up at her door to drive her to her parents’ hose for the holidays. From there, their relationship gets a bit tangled. Basic, bosshole/employee story.

I LOVED this book. It had me laughing out loud from the first few pages. Thirty-two-year-old Damon, Kate’s boss from he!! has a big secret, well actually two big secrets and because of that he keeps his distance, until…Kate hates Damon with a passion but she needs this paycheck! They snipe at one another daily so when he volunteers to take her home for Christmas, she’s suspicious. Oh. My. Word. That is the beginning of sooo much fun and angst (on her part) and ssssteeeam.To me this was the best romance written by Ms. Winter. Perfectly written, edited and executed. The cover is just what I would expect Kate and Damon to look like. Love the ending as well. Great moments: Damon’s way to get Kate to the car; the first dinner at Kate’s parents’ home; when he finds out she really hated him; The Rowdy Farmer scene; Damon’s apology letter. There are others but that would give away too much. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book through Booksprout and give it my highest recommendation. Five plus stars!

I read this one just a few days ago as part of a 3-story book. This version is a little longer, but the difference is minimal. It is definitely worth reading a second time!!!

A VERY BOSSY CHRISTMAS is mostly a fake relationship romance, and a very enjoyable one, too. Boss Damon and PA Kate have been butting heads since she was hired - and all of it to cover up real feelings and attraction.So Damon takes Kate to her family holiday celebrations and stands in as the new boyfriend because the old boyfriend is going to be there with his girlfriend. What happens during the few days with her family alters the course of the future for them both.Their chemistry is great, the awkwardness of their fake relationship entertaining, and the way things turn out in the end just right.

I was so excited when you sent me this ARC I've been waiting weeks for it to drop. I loved everything about this . It was witty and funny . They both knew how to push each other's buttons it was awesome. So at the beginning she is a hot mess , car breaks down spills coffee late for work and boss is a jerk. She's drinking in a bar and he goes to the same one . They talk and he finally realizes he's been a jerk . She has no car to get home so he decides he will take her. From there they go from boss -employee to fake bf gf then to fake fiances. Her family still sees her xboyfriend Chad who cheated on her but her family doesn't believe that . So he tries to help by saying he's her bf then proposes to her to get Chad away . They begin to finally face there feelings which both have had since they started working together . They tried to push each other away but that didn't work out . It's such amazing story I loved everything about it . I enjoyed this one so much! It was perfect for Christmas holidays but I’d read it any time of year.I’ve loved EVERY single one of Alexis Winters’ books that I’ve read and can’t recommend them highly enough!

If you are a big romantic and loved good Christmas love story this book is for you. I loved this book.

I absolutely adored this book and all of the holiday traditions that Kate does with her family. I loved the banter, and teasing. Damon is definitely an ass at the beginning, but he more than redeems himself. And it's spicy too!

This was my first read by alexis winter and it wont be the last! This was such a good read i enjoyed every minute of it! This was legit like a hallmark Christmas movie (except this book aint PG)😉 the story felt like something out of a movie and i just loved that, cause id definitely watch it! Lol!I love a good enemies to lovers but adding fake dating was like the cherry on top..... so so good!The homour in this book was spot on i laughed so much throughout the book.I loved the characters, the push and pull between kate and damon was amazing and they chemistry between them just radiates off the pages.Such a fun, sweet, sexy Christmas novella and i highly recommend it
