Can the blue led lights be switched off? it's kind of irritating in our family room whilst watching tv to see flashing lights...

Yes, you can configure the WPS button to turn the LED ligths on/off, instead of activating WPS. Go to Advanced settings / System / Basic config - WPS button behavior

I set this router up and i can see files on my external hdd but i cannot write or delte to the files...any advice?
