Inexpensive ski pole hand guards
My daughters ski pole hand guards (Leki) were getting old and the plastic cracked and they needed replacement. Instead of buying the more expensive Leki replacements, I found these. They seem to be well made and the nice thing is that they offer different colors. This makes her poles stand out from the standard Leki pole guards that most of the other Alpine skiers have. The only downside is that they are not easy to install. I removed the bottom plastic part of the pole since it is smaller at the bottom and slid it from the bottom up. You need quite a bit of force to pry them open enough to slide over the pole shaft. I don't think the Leki would be any easier, but I don't have any experience with replacing the Leki ones.

Zipline Carbon Fiber Racing Hand Guards are Great.
I am a ski club NASTAR Slalom & Giant Slalom racer ("Weekend Warrior"). Zipline is an Official Supplier of the US Ski Team. Great brand! I bought the forearm & shin guards, too. Their poles are really nice too. I really like the aesthetic of the black carbon graphite thermoplastic . I do not like the fluorescent colors of other brands.

Little tough to get started
I put these on my son’s Kerma poles. The clamp is really stiff, so I had to start it all the way at the bottom of the poles with a screwdriver prying the clamp open. Once I got them on they fit great and never moved.

Difficult to get over 18mm shaft, but it's doable
They do their job and they're simple to install if you're strong. It was tough getting them around 18mm poles, but you can do it.

Screw heads stripped and unable to tighten
Tried multiple different screwdrivers and could not tighten sufficiently. My son tried skiing with them and screws came loose and one guard detached. Tough to review them if you can’t even put them on. #fail
