Can this silicone be used on Xterra 4500 treadmill?

on any treadmill that uses a belt.

Can the wipes be used to help spread the oil on the treadmill base?

Our oil has great low surface tension, which only needs to be squeezed under the treadmill belt. As the belt moves, the oil will spread automatically. Wipes are just to wipe off the excess oil for the customer's misoperation and provide more meticulous and considerate service.
