Not as good for me: Medium is a little small for me (does not reach below the chin, tho I'm U.S. female), so if I talk I have to hold it up. I sent some to my sister, who says they fit her perfectly & she promptly ordered some of her own. For myself, I ordered the Large size, which fits perfectly except that the ear loops need to be tighter (I will figure how to do that). Unknown: I don't know how close it is to the safety of an N95 mask -- but my family member who's a veterinarian thinks it's adequate.
