Used to stretch tight calves
Easy to use and supports my weight. It's a simple and clever design. I don't think you could build one of these for less money so it's a great value for the price.

Perfect! Love it!
It is incredibly stable compared to others, plus it is not made of plastic that can crack over time, but of wood/plywood. Also like the 5 different levels. Helps my feet and calves in an excellent way. I stand with it next to a wall for about 3 minutes now at the beginning and then increase at the pace my body wants. Been stiff for an extremely long time so it's important not to force the body ❤️ 🙂 Recommend this exercise to everyone!! An investment in good health from the bottom up!
