Full disclosure: I'm also taking an oral daily prescription from Hers that includes several ingredients, including biotin and Minoxidil. I decided to do both because my hair loss had graduated from wide parts to larger patches of thinning hair in my crown that forced me into "combover" hairstyles that were just....depressing as a woman in her late 40s. I started using the oral pill first and the liquid solution a week later. First off, application is incredibly easy—just a few drops on the affected areas of the scalp twice a day. The solution dries quickly and doesn’t leave any residue or greasiness, which is a big plus for me. The key is to massage it in, don't fill the large dropper all the way and hold it upside down until you have it over the application area. Then gently tilt the dropper to apply it.
