We bought the Crib N Changer with Drawer. If I could give this product zero stars I would. First, it came with a broken piece (see picture). This didn’t bother us too much as we figured this sort of thing can happen during shipping and we would just call Delta Childrens’ customer support to request a replacement piece. Unfortunately it seems the company does not provide customer support. I called two numbers and after waiting 20 minutes on the line for a representative, the machine said: “no one is available at this time; call later” and hung up on me. This happened 3 times before we gave up on the customer support line. My husband ended up building the broken part from scratch and that worked perfectly.Once we started building the crib (a 2+ hour project) we realized that lots of hardware was missing. Also a lot of the pieces didn’t line up. Furthermore, the knobs for the side drawers were in terrible condition (see pic) so we decided we would buy other ones. Also the furniture had several scratches on the front and top, all clearly visible (see pics).Lastly, the bottom drawer is useless. For some reason it doesn’t work smoothly. We followed all the instructions and yet it gets stuck when going in and also when being pulled out (see video). I doubt we will be able to use the bottom drawer which is the feature we liked the most on the crib and why we bought it.If we could return this thing we would but it’s completely built and taking it apart would be a huge project. For $380 it’s unbelievable that the quality is so terrible. It’s also surprising that the company offers zero customer support and can’t even answer calls. I would not recommend this crib to anyone. It’s been the worst purchase we’ve ever made.

It took 5 days to get here and will be 2 weeks tomorrow since this crib was delivered. As soon as I opened the box there was this horrible paint/paint thinner smell. We put it in a spare room and locked it. After a few hours we couldn't go inside without my throat burning from the chemical smell. A lot of it came from the box it was shipped in also. We had to keep it on our back porch since. It still smells like chemicals. I had to throw the box away because I couldn't keep it in the house so shipping it back is now impossible.Seriously, I don't know if all the cribs are like this, but how can people people their baby in this thing? I bought a mattress, mattress protectors, sheets, and now can't use any of it because of the horrible smell.If by some miracle the smell goes away and I can finally assemble it, I will change my review. But this whole experience was definitely not worth it and its the last time I give my money to Delta

This crib is perfect, It's big without being bulky and I like that it's really simple. I have slanted ceilings on both sides of my nursery and I was having trouble finding a crib that fit without hitting the ceiling and wasn't a "mini" crib. This one is just right! The only problem I have with it is that it scratches VERY easily. It is still a great sturdy crib for the price I paid.

So…great crib, low to the ground so it was easy to reach over (with me being 5’5) BUT had the most difficulties getting it delivered. I guess USPS is who they use for delivery and USPS left a message for me saying they couldn’t deliver the crib because “mailbox was full.” … like a crib would fit in a mailbox. Well, went to my local post office and it wasn’t there so I had to go to the city over to pick it up. This had become very annoying because I had someone coming to set the crib up when it was due to be delivered and it never came. my work schedule is also crazy so by the time I could go get it, I then discovered it wouldn’t fit in my car -.- luckily a postal worker helped me maneuver my back seat/passengers seat and remove my car seats to get it in. I drive a larger Nissan Altima. Luckily the kids weren’t with me. So with that being said, great crib, hassle to get. BUT I reached out to Amazon and they did work with me to correct this mistake. It took a little persistence, but it was corrected. If you have to pick it up, take a SUV or truck. It’s not heavy, just long and thin. Easy to put together as well. Color is cute and modern.

I am a 73 year old woman who bought this crib for my 13 month old great-grandson to replace his mini-crib. It arrived very timely and I put it together in about an hour or so. My great-grandson loves it and I am very happy with it. I bought the grey one. There were no missing parts, nothing broken, and no odor at all. Happy, happy, happy.
